The hotel had a great location, was pretty and very clean, but there was a smell like kerosene or gas or cleaning fluid in the rooms. The service was exceptional, respectful, and gracious. The location was very convenient, but some areas were dirty with broken glass and cigarette butts. The dining experience was okay, but they could improve on creamer options. The facilities were modern and spacious.

The hotel's rooms were nice, equipped with a couch, and had a pleasant cover over the fridge. The hot water ran smoothly, and the room was not dirty or noisy outside, except for cigarette smoke and cigarette butts near the room which gave it a slight smoky smell. Overall, considering the price, it was a decent stay.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were never stocked with toiletries, and the first night they ignored our 'do not disturb' sign, but luckily, the location was very convenient for our purpose in Fredericksburg. The service was very helpful, although there were some hiccups with the rooms, and the dining experience was just okay. Despite a few setbacks, I still found the hotel enjoyable overall.
